Marriott launches Project Prarambh to create hospitality careers for youth

Marriott International has launched Project Prarambh in partnership with The Job Plus and the Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council to provide youth from vulnerable communities with hospitality skills, workplace exposure and mentorship. The initiative aims to train 500 young people aged 18-30 over the next two to three years and support pathways to formal employment.
